...are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product or service, the excess amount will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation by Us: If a program or session is canceled by our team, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future session.

4. No-Show Policy

Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.
